"no one left to help you" - yes, it has already happened to the US. Ever wondered why you got no support from Europe in Vietnam? And why everyone stood around and criticized? The US (more precisely, the soviet agents in the State Dept and White House) shafted everybody and took the opportunity during and after WW2 to further its own interests. Think very carefully. Where will the US be in 20-30 years? No oil, enormous social problems etc. You had difficulty invading Grenada a few years ago! PS As an Australian aged 20 in 1966 I was in the lottery to go to Vietnam - my number didn't come up. I still have my "lottery ticket". If you are interested in Reds in the State Dept and White House, try a search engine using "Venona". Oh, and another thing.
