Thanks for the hard work Stew. I know there is much here that will help us in our search for the mother of all spin-offs or even the little sister.

Zapata's (ZAP) spin-off of its internet piece sure has kicked up a storm. Anyone notice Executone's (XTON) impending spin-off of its internet lottery business, Unistar. With $100 million enterprise value for all of Executone and it having $165 million of revenues in its other non-internet businesses, this spin-off seems completely unnoticed. I guess its in the art of the announcement.
