<<<<< The problem right now is cash flow and possible delisting from the nasdaq because of minimum bid price...<<<<

I don't see the stock price as a problem for them now particular with the rumors that they are in play. Net tangible assets could be a big problem for them but I didn't check their balance sheet.

But short term they may need accounts receivable or related financing.
Selling off some of their games to THQI or partnering with THQI on their better games may be a win/win for both companies. But the downside for THQI of doing this is we may have such a good third and fourth quarter that it will complicate showing increases next year.

THQI needs a discontinued or special operations division. The analysts could then ignore what happens in this division except as far as the contribution to shareholders equity. Special deals could be brought into this division for their contribution to cash flow without complicating the analysis of the growth of the base business.

Hoping against hope that Farrell stays away from the MPRS mess. Not happy about making their shareholders rich. If he can deal with them on a distressed merchandise basis great, but their stock recently doubled and I wouldn't be happy if THQI bought them at these levels.

Dale, I agree with you 100 percent. Lets get the stock price up before using it as currency.
