WOW ... there is now a true conundrum going on ...

To be sure, I am not too sure of the Panam02 address at all. The messages (and I now have quite a collection of them forwarded from other investors) are definately coming from Panam02@aol.com ... The question tho is "Who is Panam02?" I first ran into this address as a reply to an earlier message. But I had to seriously question: Why would the messages coming to various people not be consistent? Why is it that to some the message is "glad to have you as an investor" and to some the message is as WLCNYC received? It just does not make sense. Details like what WLCNYC received should probably be part of a well edited press release. One basic rule of life is that you NEVER threaten to sue. You either do it or you don't do it. Panam02's message does exactly that. If this is really the voice of PRWT, it just doesn't make any sense! And, would you want the public to know the details of an ongoing negotiation? On the other hand, if this is some impostor that somehow was in the right place at the right time, then we need to ignore his messages and get the true story from the company.

When I posted that I had verified the emails, I actually had sent a message to Panam02 asking for verification. Dumb Stupid me. MY BAD!!!! I guess I really asked the fox to guard the hen house. Well, enough of that! I have now sent a very detailed and pointed message to each and everyone listed on the PanAm site, including the two with Pinkpig, the programmers. When I receive "official" replies to these messages, I will let you all know what I find out. Till then, use your head and conduct yourselves accordingly.

The most excieting part of the business is the Latin American mortgage business. The volume is excellent and the margins are outstanding.
I encourage you to watch developments in this portion of the business in particular.
