Swidnik, all of the acquisitions in the future are going to be acquired through existing shares.....
There will be no more dilution of the outstanding shares or restricted shares...
John has specifically told me that is the main reason why he will not do a reverse split any time soon..
John has plans for all of those shares; mainly acquisitions.
Yes, it sounds and looks like a lot of shares but if you multiply:
750,000,000 Authorized shares x .04 = 30 million dollars...Over 65% of those shares are restricted shares and those people are not allowed to sell those shares for quite a while. With this latest acquisition and more to come in the near future, with additional other contracts,(ie, Videophones), PRWT is extremely undervalued. We are nearly at 30 million dollars just with the previous two press releases.
Once we see the 10-K which should happen soon, we will get an overall picture as exactly who has what and where all the shares are going..
John has told me has has set aside quite a few shares for just acquisition purposes only... How much, he could not state at that time because the lawyers are getting the exact numbers together...
I don't want to start to throw all kinds of numbers at you today, because so much has changed in the past 10 days.
I will verify with John on many issues in the next couple of days.
1.Access Wall Street
2.10-k
3.Costa Rica trip.
4.Belize trip.
5. Videophone status

Now, this is just my opinion and My opinion only:
We are moving at warp speed. If everything continues to play out the way it has already, contracts, acquisitions, increased revenue ten fold; I, personally, see a stock buyback which John and I have discussed numerous times.. John has stated, there will not be a stock buy back in the near future, but if things continue to happen the way they are happening; it is not out of the question. JMO!!!!

For those of you who want to quote me on anything, please print this out for your reference.
Thank you

swid,

Mortgage margins in Belize are the highest anywhere. 5+% origination fee plus 2+% annual servicing fee. This company is going to make a lot of money.

Regarding the 210 million shares set aside for acquisitions, those shares are always restricted when issued. A minimum of one year under Rule 144 and up to three to five years depending on negotiations.
