These along with the necessary forms and papers are being filed with the SEC to enable Alya to be a reporting company. Alya has also filed the necessary papers to be blueskied in United States. It was given to understand that Price Waterhouse as a general rule, does not perform audits for start-ups or growth companies on OTC:BB Nasdaq unless it is a CWEP(a company with exceptional potential). >>>
