Not only does the SU agreement provide validation of the project, but so too does the involvement of Bechtel as a contractor.

If you are interested in this story, and are knowledgeable in the oil patch, I highly recommend you request an investor's packet from CPMNY. It has a mountain of info, including an 80 page research report by Wilson HTM. Murphy Communications is their PR firm, and the number is 212-697-9199.
