Hi Eric: I have not found anything to confirm that Novell intends to purchase WebLogic. Since Novell already has a license agreement with WebLogic, I fail to see how it would benefit Novell to own them.

Also, WebLogic has license agreements with several other companies which might cause a conflict of interest problem for Novell.
