Real easy! I used a PCI card from ATI. It recognized the card and the second monitor. At 'Display' in 'Control Panel' you see a picture of both monitors and you can click on either and adjust the resolutions of each monitor to your liking.

Its very stable so far. I have not been kicked of yet. The fact that I have that I have 96MB Ram probably helps.
