This supposed "deliquency" is less than unimportant. TSIS will be a fully reporting company later this year. More importantly, TSIS keeps it's clients happy, provides great service, has a great "word of mouth" reputation growing among Fortune 500 clients. Once TSIS is a fully reporting company, and then later when on NASDAQ, such delinquencies would be very important, and I'm confident they wouldn't occur with TSIS. But the fact is that TSIS did have delays but has NOW RELEASED all the information that supposedly was delinquent. This "headline" barely qualifies as news at all...certainly nothing TSIS happy clients would be concerned with.

Best Regards,

PS- for those who care, I'm waiting for Scott C. to return my phone call...and then I will post more info...
