Thanks for the answers. That clears a lot up. The board was definitely hurting in your absence. I was worried about the redundacy but it seems if you are right there should be little if any. What I find is hilarious is that people do not try and spike the price of this stock prior to the conclusion of the deal. If this is a $3 stock we will use twice as many shares to buy Berwynn than if it was a $6 stock. And this is the catch 22 part of the whole deal, I will try and explain it as best I can.
If the price of the stock does not climb higher, then dilution will be more and thus our stock value will not grow as much, while if our price sky rockets then Berwynn will use a lot less shares and thus we will get a GREAT Deal. How long will it take to judge the worth of BERWYNN in dollars and then how long before they convert it to shares?
