Edgar Online states that the insider filed only today to sell 10K shares for $31,250. - Can you explain this descrepancy? This would suggest that Insider expects stock to go back up to 31.25. Or am I missing something and he did in fact already sell at 31.25 and since he could not have sold at that price today but a some previous time as you say July 2, when coms actually did trade at 31.25. Any insight with respect to this would be much appreciated. Also : DJ 07/06 [COMS] 3COM'S PALMPILOT CREATORS TO QUIT TO LAUNCH OWN VENTURE . This doesn't sound very positive considering that most of the hype around 3com at the moment revolves around the Palm Pilot. Even with today's motorala paging service for wireless connection to the Palm Pilot. What are your thoughts??
