It will definitely be interesting to hear how they explain this execution problem. e.g. MANU explained it by saying they had lots of new reps, mgrs were focused on training the reps vs. closing the deals (that was hard for me to believe, btw), etc.

If clfy took support deals from vntv (who knows...maybe sebl did too) and if vntv was focused on competing against sebl in SFA it just seems as if they maybe they shouldn't have written off clfy as a competitor. It just seems that trying to go head to head with sebl was a big mistake because that left them wide open to other competitors.

I wonder if they overagressively forecasted their SFA revenue vs. blew it in customer support deals. I think with the way that SFA was appearing to be their focus they might have just gotten a little agressive in their numbers. Actually I should correct that and say that sebl appeared to be their primary focus though I guess it's one and the same.
