I would be really surprised if VNTV told one set of shareholders one thing, and another set, another thing. That would be a justifiable lawsuit situation - and they don't do that. I think that more people are continuing to panic over no news. I do think that VNTV needs to make some sort of statement - at this point, people are imagining all kinds of crazy things. THis is nuts - the market cap of this company is down around $350MM - around 2X forward revenue, which is dirt, dirt cheap. What's the trailing operational P/E - 25X? Here's an interesting thought - YHOO has gained more market cap today than all of VNTV is worth - kind of strange, no? We are at a 2 year low - the market cap is where it was when the company was doing 1/3 the business it is doing now.
