If the company has no assets, where are they getting the resources to pursue Dan Fisher both in the US and the Bahamas. Does MIDL have any cash on hand to do all it needs to do? Will the attorneys be paid with money recovered from the suits? Is Midland only looking to recover the cash from the illegal sale of the preferreds, or will they be trying to get as much as legally possible due to the severe effect all of this had on its market capitalization?
