That sounds almost like what I heard in Washington square. Or maybe it was what I heard in Washington square. It was a song with "my beloved" over and over and over- but I don't remember bambina- I would have remembered that. I wrote down the title of the song, but of course, have lost it. My memory is for faces and plots, not music. And I have an ear for voices- I can always tell what actor is doing a voiceover. You would think that would translate into a gift for music, but it doesn't. I played the piano for years, and I love it, but I do not have a "gift" for music. I am jealous of that ability in others, of course I am jealous of lots of other abilities too. I would like to do everything incredibly well, but so far it just hasn't happened for me.
