It will open lower on the open tomorrow, much lower. I think everyone was expecting a slight miss, but nothing like this. I'd expect $10 to $12 with some room for a bounce on takeover, etc etc. but this stock is dead money, perhaps for a year. It seems the street drove management ot hire as many sales people as quickly as possible and they didn't come up to speed and weren't managed properly. It also seems they didn't handle selling in the sfa environment well. It will interesting to see if clarify passes vantive on license revenue this quarter. TD
