The fundamentals behind this PR are encouraging. In effect, BETT and Newcom are placing the cost of the cell phone, phone line, etc on the person who owns the cell phone -- OPM in other words (Other People's Money). This to me is the way to go. On another note, Newcom says it already has this solution available. I guess my question is, the PR reads like this device will be for the bookie; i.e., gaming operator in their words, what about the guy making the bet? As I said, I still do not have a clear picture how everything comes together. Anyway, the bid and ask (1/8) have moved up. Still no trades today.
