Megaworld has the worst website I have ever seen. (I could make a better web site in 1 day.) I couldn't find the financials you were referring to.

Yes I have seen these but they do not reflect the current financial status of this company. I want the most recent quarter. There have been a number of significant event that could reflect upon the balance sheet of the company and I would like to know how many new shares have been issued since the reverse split.
