Re: The significance of ALYD possibly making the Russell 3000

Like clockwork each year, Frank Russell reconfigures its well-known indexes -
including the Russell 1000 and Russell 2000 - as stocks get too small to remain or
big enough to join them. Then, as index funds adjust their portfolios to match the
new Russell indexes, the prices of stocks being added generally rise, while those
being taken out fall.

<snip>

* If you were already thinking about buying a stock and it turns up on the "add"
list on June 12, you might want to buy it as soon as possible -- because the price is
likely to go up. And it is more likely to have good support over the long term, since
being part of an index draws more attention to the stock.

WOW!!! Thanks for posting some info from the Hannifen 6/5 update:

TAVA has signed contracts for Y2K projects with over 60 companies, more than 10% of which are in the FORTUNE 50.

12/31/97 Tava had Y2K commitments for 90 plants
3/31/98 Tava had Y2K commitments for 340 plants
6/5/98 Tava had Y2K commitments for 1,740 plants

Phenominal increase. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Guess this explains why TAVA's looking for so many Project Managers and engineers:

LOL - I'm "damned if I do" - "damned if I don't".

I get a kick out of all of these accusations of me "hyping". I'm probably the most OBJECTIVE hypist around - especially when I discouraged people from buying prior to what I anticipated to be a brief and quick CNBC run-up & pullback. None of the shorts accused me of "hyping" when I made this post.. Some "longs" and traders even got mad at me for this post.

I get accused of "hyping" when I say I start to accumulate TAVA again. I get accused of "hyping" when I say I'm holding a long position. I get accused of "hyping" when I say I will trade TAVA. I get accused of "hyping" when I say not to buy TAVA. I get accused of "hyping" if I summarize information from conferences I attend. This is ridiculous. I've never seen such childish behavior in my life. HA HA HA

My 11 &13 year-old nephews have more emotional maturity than some of these guys who keep on stalking me with these ridiculous "hyping" comments. The boys and I will be heading out to Dave & Busters soon. That should be good for a few laughs. See you later.

Cheryl

P.S. I bought more TAVA today.
