JJ...I believe once all the synergies are factored in postmerger, the stock price will continue its climb at a faster pace. Dec 55 calls are trading in the 2 3/4 - 3 range. You could hit a double or perhaps triple depending on how quickly the stock rises. You would give yourself more time with Jan.00 Leaps, but with higher premiums. The additional time may provide you with the same or better return with more time for the positive earnings reports to roll in postmerger. BWDIK. Options are risky.
