RM, I thought I remeber you saying you had friends who sold because of A10's postings on this thread(but it could have been someone else)? Either way there will be a certain percentage who will use this thread as a substitute for DD, unfortunate, but that is the unfortunate reality of Cyber Investing. Of course, when r^cketeer SCREAMS IN ALL CAPS BUY BUY BUY, it does not lead to informed investors. But that is exactly my point, you do not want people to buy other than as an informed investor, otherwise, they are weak hand holding those shares. They are weak hands because they are not secure in their knowledge of their investment. That is why I am amazed that with all the Long Investors here, none bothered to speak against Byron's irresponsible post. I mean does any person here want someone to BUY NOW AND LET BYRON TELL THEM WHY AT HIS SITE, I would think that No one would want that. For any people who bought at the end of last week for the first time, in anticipation of news, when they sell it at a loss, because the news did not come or did not live up to the advance billing, they will never buy DGIV again, its just a fact of psychology. That is another opportunity lost to gain new strong hands. There is only so many investors out there, and the more that are churned through on a weekly basis, like we have seen in the last 4 trading sessions, the harder it will be to find new support. As for whether I still own shares of DGIV, the answer is no, I do not. I like DGIV far too much to have risked a trading halt and SEC investigation because Roger Templeton spoke in our Chat room. I had to be completely divested by that time. The only protection for me, was that regardless of what Roger said in there, I did not stand to profit from it. For instance, if Roger made a projection that did not come true, such as the time frame for the form 10, even if the stock rose because of what he said, I personally could not profit. Since intent is important, I would be pretty much protected from most harm, though I am sure my life would have miserable for a while.<GGGGGGG> I wonder if Byron values the well being of the stock more Than his publicity for getting Jimmy Chin into his chat room?
