A very interesting article. Good work. I seem to recall that there have been a number of articles that have addressed projects similar to PLFM,..however that is not surprising as this appears to be a very viable and profitable venture. Hopefully, Howard and his staff will secure a contract soon,(not just keep recycling old news in press releases)and we will see a rebound in our stock price. Unfortunately, until we get some documents finalizing the deals, the majority of the long term investors will probably stay on the sidelines. And, trust me, we need LONG TERM investors.

Good discovery

Re Skystation: development of HALO platforms appears to be snowballing. The Skystation project seems to have very ambitious plans.I checked out the Alenia website
alespazio.it
which has information on the Skystation project. I was less successful in finding information about the blimp which is intended to carry the comms package. I believe that Aerospatiale is producing the platform but I couldn't find a reference to the project on their website.
As for PLFM I can only echo Rick Stanton's comments.we need to see ink on a contract

Nice to see that Al Haig is in charge, finally :)
