Intersting article. One item came to my attention.

"I have kinfolk in Kentucky with very interesting family trees--'Inprise' sounds like one of my cousins trying to say 'enterprise,'" said David Ronca, an Inprise stockholder and senior system architect in San Jose, who declined to name his employer. "I think the company is producing top-notch development tools, but I am not crazy about the name."

Hmmm. Looks like I just had my 15 minutes.
