Regarding Telcos: They would only have to approve if they were to sell it under their own label. This thin is customer premise equipment. Its a small box with an RJ 45 connection interface. Of course it will have to go through the FCC tests but i hd a product done in less than a month at one of the certified labs. I am sure that OCOM has done this. Re: Testing that is being outsourced. As far as consumer testing that has been going for some time at the various non paying users. JFD
