Good afternoon TomatoMan and everyone it is still afternoon here in Minnesota.

The following is a copy of a post I made to Ann on the thread that Wiz had started.
Is Financial Intranet (FNTN) most undervalued net asset?
Forum: Web/Information Stocks , Replies: 204, Latest: Jul 7 1998 4:59PM

Ann you ask some good questions. I am going to take a stab at answering the question about the one about video. "In the news releases that are issued by Financial Intranet, Inc. (FNTN) they make this statement about the video portion of their future business. "Financial Intranet is in the process of establishing the nation's first, PROPRIETARY, SECURED ON DEMAND, INTERACTIVE HIGH-SPEED VIDEO, VOICE AND DEDICATED DATA-STREAM INFORMATION NETWORK, that will enable enhanced links to be created between the Brokerage and Mutual Fund Industries and allow interactive access by the individual investor."

Let me try to dissect this part of the statement "PROPRIETARY, SECURED ON DEMAND, INTERACTIVE HIGH-SPEED VIDEO, VOICE AND DEDICATED DATA-STREAM INFORMATION NETWORK".

1. Based on my limited knowledge it appears that the video and voice part of the process will be based on a proprietary system that would most likely be completely separate from any existing hardware or software a company may already be using.
2. In my estimation anyway it appears that additional hardware and software will be installed in their clients location(s).
3. Another assumption might be that they would have dedicated ISDN or T1 lines or something along those lines installed to handle this type of traffic for it's specific purposes.
4. Another assumption might be that some type of wireless system could possibly be implemented too accomplish the transferring of data streams as they put it.
5. And Ann as you said a investment in COMS or CSCO (assuming this means Cisco NetWare) may be the rule of the day.
6. Or it is very possible that Siemens-Pyramid has some totally different concept that will be put in place.

If anyone is interested you can go to this site to find out more about Cisco NetWare products.

DISCLAIMER: Remember I am not trying act as some kind of expert here rather offering up my own opinions and suppositions! I personally have not seen any specifications on the Intranet/Internet products that FNTN has and will be putting in to operation.

I could assume all year long and at the end of that year that's just what they will be guesses. So like everyone else I will just have take a wait see attitude on the whole matter.

Again Ann welcome aboard and hope to see you posting here often.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

TomatoMan it appears you agree with my Post 157.

Yes, Bill. $50 a share would be quite adequate for me. It would more than make up for my AOL "MISTAKE!!!". I'm sure it would soothe your
"Yahoo" experience, I believe it was. Great news coming from calls to FNTN. People, we are almost there. Hold your horses, keep your shirts on, stay cool, chill out, go to a movie. We have no where to go but up. Something strange has been happening here. NOTHING HAS BEEN HAPPENING. Which gave us all ample opportunity to buy in at these prices and chat and grow tomatoes and rest. The tomato gravy is coming. The feast is near.
