Anyone catch the news that Iomega won judgment against Syjunk in France? They'll have to pay Iomega $16.50 for every Sparq disc sold there. Guess they're not too concerned since the French are too smart to buy that junk.

Couldn't agree more about the lessons to be learned from your suspension, Rocky. Anyway, welcome back. Do you know any of the details regarding why Hambrecht & Quist have a HOLD, which is really a SELL, rating on this stock? I believe most of the other houses have a similar rating on it. I think part of it has to do with the fact that analysts are wondering whether Iomega is spending too much on advertising. Happy Investing! Vanni
