I would hope that some of the people would enroll for an evening course and build vocabulary and work on usage in addition to posting. They could do a much better job for their short Market Maker employers if they did. How many times can we say tank in one sentence, or how many times can we use hype in a sentence, how often can we say big time. How and when do we use all caps. That kind of thing.

Simply put PRWT 'tanked' as you call it not from over hype or even due to you though maybe you would like to think you helped. Let's look at the situation, many shares of a prior company exist and that company's stock drops to .001, let's say no value for ease. Out of the blue the stock starts to move upward, a reverse merger takes place, and as we saw on this thread many people were not even aware of what one was, thus confusion is created. Now let's say I own a stock that has no value and suddenly it has value and I have no idea why, what is the normal human going to do, my 100,000 shares were worth next to nothing and now my broker, yes people still have those, calls and says I have 10,000 dollars and I should sell...GUESS WHAT I SELL, my original company is gone and I don't need to know why the stock is up I just am thankful I can get some cash out of that mess. Don't even try to relate this to PRWT as much of the selling has been of this nature.

The other possibility as you have mentioned is that the stock has appreciated greatly and as we all know...NO STOCK GOES STRAIGHT UP WITHOUT RETRACING, the important fact is that if this was a pure 'pump and dump' we still wouldn't be above a penny.

As far as me having hyped, you again are not reading closely and just getting all worked up over what you'd like to see posted by me and not what actually was written.

For your benefit again, PRWT is a highly speculative investment where we can lose all of our money or make such that we can change our net worth's to the upside. High risk yields the possibility of high returns. This is a disclaimor and you'll please note I use them regularly.

ROSARIO,ROSARIO, please take a few minutes and read my post slowly and carefully in a rational manner...No, I am not saying you are not irrational..If you could, relax, take a deep breath. And for one moment pretend you are me, but for you to do that I will have to give you an in depth history of myself.....
I am littl ole poor boy who grew up in Wisco. I have never had a real job and I believe I have come across the next best thing to Don Pierron. That is PRWT.
So this little poor boy runs across PRWT and realizes after many, many conversations with John Schmitz, CEO of PRWT, that he has great opportunity to recoup all his previous losses in this stock market.
Rest assure, when his wife see's the phone bill, she might kick him out of the house.
Anyway, he proceeds to tell everyone in the world, including you that he thinks and believe's PRWT could go to .50.
He spends countless hrs, money, time, staying in constant, constant contact with PRWT and fellow shareholders.
He goes to the extent of calling fellow sharholders from London getting their overall feel on the situation.
He's so comfortable with his investment that he is willing to ride it out through all the dips, even down to .02...
How comfortable is he: every time it dips .01, it is costing him $40,000.
He refuses to sell because he strongly believes that PRWT has the potential to see .20 before it see's .02.

If you would please, please take the time and call John to verify everything I have posted you will put us all at ease..
You can PM me and give me your real name and I will personally set up a conversation so you can speak to John when he get's back from Vegas.

With all that said, the rest of you can continue to read my posts on the Positive thoughts thread.

Thank you

Rosario,

If you must spam this thread mindlessly, you apparently have that right, but please do us (and yourself) all a favor by refining your writing skills. I don't mean to be nit-picky, and I am certainly not a master of the English language, but your grammar is atrocious.

Let's examine that last post to illustrate...

"Again PRWT TANKED BIG-TIME with all of this HYPED up NEWS/FAIRYTALES during the last few weeks!!!"

Firstly, you use far too many capitals, but then you've been advised of this already. Secondly, one exclamation mark is effective. You used three. In doing this you have managed to dull the effect you probably wanted to amplify. Thirdly, you use a "/" to separate two words in a surprisingly clever attempt to conserve energy. A valiant effort on your part, but while "this news" is correct, "this fairytales" is not. Also, it's "fairy tales", not "fairytales".

"If all of this information that you and Mr. Reasons uncovered via your hard work/DD why has PRWT TANKED from 13 cents to 4.7."

"If all of this information" WHAT? What were you trying impart with this sentence? May I suggest something more along these lines:

"If all of this information that you and Mr. Reasons uncovered via your hard work/DD is [alternate: was] legitimate [alternate: kosher / accurate], why has PRWT tanked from 13 cents to 4.7?"

That's a little better, although I must point out a technicality. PRWT's high during the recent run was 12.5 cents. Not 13 cents, and certainly not 13.5 cents. Also note that I added a question mark to this sentence since it is interrogatory in nature. Oddly enough, you omitted this question mark despite concluding the next sentence in your paragraph with no less than four question marks when it obviously, being a statement, didn't need any:

"PRWT will see much lower levels until we can seperate fact from hype????"

Perhaps an exclamation mark would have been appropriate here. Finally, separate is misspelled.

I do hope you'll accept this as constructive criticism.
