****OFF TOPIC*****

If anyone out there knows of a good national (or SF Bay Area) computer repair operation with a reputation of getting repairs done within a reasonable time (NOT 4 or 5 DAYS), would you please PM me with the name.
Thanks in advance.
Randy

REVERSE SPLITS SUCK! PHOOEY... I'm Mad as Hell......and I'm not Going to Take
it Anymore!!!!!!!!

If you trade the pennies enough, the dreaded "RS" will surely eventually rob you. Rarely
are reverse splits successful, and many publicly owned companies are using them as a
way to create no-fault/no-pay financing at the expense of unsuspecting investors.
Sometimes there are clear signs that a split is possible or likely. Sometimes signs can
be more difficult to read. Let's discuss in this forum, Subject 21843 ways to spot the signs of the reverse split so that
maybe we can all learn to identify some of the warnings. Tell us about a split you have
been involved in or just vent some anger about being robbed by this legal form of theft.
This thread is open to all. Please share anything you may have.

S~

aquaman809,

Why does everything have to be pro or con. It seems to me the value is in gathering facts and having the opportunity to discuss them with other interested parties. To many of the threads are becoming just another stock promotion vehicle.

Periodically, someone will try to focus attention on products or the status of various deals, but then it either gets dropped or the knives come out because the question, or possible answer, was not sugar coated.

Wednesday will be interesting.

Well back to the real world.

I think the perception of problem child is one of vantage point. I prefer to see things how they are (as opposed to how I would like them to be -> like when I shorted AMZN at 67!!!) Those that have vested interests which are served by a post will welcome the observation while the other side will see it as an attack.

My sole purpose in playing stocks is to make money - PERIOD!. I don't care who's right, who's wrong, just pass the cash. As a day trader you are the ultimate negotiator. In the negotiations game if you get emotionally involved, or start to care about the outcome, then you make mistakes. I just try to call them as I see them.

One other point. All posts should be taken with a grain of salt. We are all enemies in some fashion or another. My whole goal is to get "your" (figuratively speaking) money. These forums are where foes come to share ideas to defeat their more immediate common enemy. I'm not suggesting that there isn't a synergism with other posters. I have benefited from (and hopefully reciprocated) from many SI folks, but in the end, it is always me against you (the you just changes from day to day).

I guess what I'm saying is "trust everyone, but cut the cards". And that everybody's judgment is clouded by their own situation, agenda, experience, vantage point, etc.

Good trading.
