Roger, I could not agree with you more as to Ancor's position in the race to the market -- we are still at the starting line, and it is incredibly frustrating to see that Brocade has lapped us already. Right now, we have the best technology in the world that no one wants, either because there is something inherently difficult about implmenting and accessing it as an OEM, because the people at Ancor are difficult to work with because of geography, or for other reasons that we cannot even begin to guess about, including the overall viability of the company given a financial condition that does not inspire confidence.

On the other hand, perhaps the technology superiority which we have come to believe in really does not exist, or the superiority does not matter given the initial application of fibre channel switching in the storage area. If that is the situation, I sure would like someone very smart and is quite down on the company, such as Ed Schultz, to give us the answer from a technology perspective, if he or anyone else can do so. We all know that the management team has not delivered any tangible results whatsoever since it changed in the late Spring and early Summer, but we don't know why -- is it the product which that management team inherited, is it location, is it bad blood spilled by prior management who fought the marketplace, unsuccessfully . . . who knows? I sure do want to find out.
