Everyone should worry if LAB can't raise any $. If the JV is typical then, if LAB were unable to pay its share, either of the other Syndicate partners (Pallum or Globenet) could elect to pay LAB's portion. If this happens, LAB's 50% interest would likely get reduced proportionally to the missed payment.

Does anyone have any reason to believe this is not so?
