DG, I have confirmed Doc's post on the issue of a reverse split. THERE
WILL NOT BE ONE! The existing shares will be used for acquisitions!
The ceo is looking at a possible buyback. Look at the last PR, the
company stated to "look for further strategic alliances and acquisitions shortly". The company has not lied on any of its statements.
