Well DADDY, if they are right or wrong the offer must stand on it's own merits not the opinions of posters. Internet stocks crashing....AMZN, YHOO....ooooh...good. The money can come back to the real market. TG

As a shareholder who is being asked to pay for legal fees, audit expenses and pay salaries of those who have lied to you, I would think the first question in your mind would be, is it legal ? Why you wish to focus your eneriges on playing silly games is beyond me. It proves nothing. This forum could be used productively to examine the offer but it seems the shareholders prefer to continue to blindly accept the words of the company and their spokesmen who have brought you to this position.
