I do watch every day but I don't.

I often head out and play golf or whatever.....but all I need to know is what the Cash and the Futures are doing and I can see that on Bloomberg. So in effect I am watching it every day. Then when I get home I print out the intraday chart(s) and review them for the plan to be set up for the next day.

I certainly don't trade every day. It's good to, because it keeps me sharp. But it can also be a grind and that makes it work.

Anyway, I must leave. My intention will probably be to set up a Sell Stop below the market somewhere and drive over to the club, have a drink, watch Bloomberg. See you later, bet a horse for me if I don't catch you before the trip.
