Sonny be honest and answer these:

1. Is there a great probability that YHOO declares a split soon ?

2. Is there a very good chance that the traffic last qtr has been very good thus earnings will be met handsomely ?

Good Inferences all.

All, what do you think this play. Buy YHOO now ($184) and sell covered call (say Jan01 180 call) for $70.00. and buy put (jul 98 180) at $12.00.

If tomorrow:

YHOO up (e.g. $50.00): Your call may up $25. So you sell your shares & call & put. You gain $15 ($50 from stock - $25 call loss - 10.00 put loss).

YHOO down (e.g. $50.00): Your call may down $25. So you sell your shares & call & put. You gain $10 (- $50 from stock + $25 call gain + $35 gain from put).

Comments are welcome!
