With software in excess of .5 mil.The reason for the switch is twofold.The Bosnia thing which will satelite to westlake for distribution and as an integral part of the isp network.In that arena it will serve to rout one class of calls coming in from non supported sites.However, it is very necessary to make a complete worldwide network. The neat thing is that we need it bigtime for fnet but bosnia helps pick up the tab.
