This news tells ORCL is not going to sell its app business, as rumored by the columnist in Upside(?).

Im confused about the organizational structure in apps. Is this Sap guy in charge of apps? Doesnt look like it. Who is in charge of apps (meaning - R&D, sales everything) - Larry? If Oracle was to acquire a company to augment the apps division, who would propose it?
