The good news IMHO is that the cash flow starts immediately!!

They get paid their fees at the time of loan closing and then they will probably sell the mortgages to another company. This is going to be a good business for them.

Then the AWS web site, this company is out to make some money quickly. No hype here, just facts ! Although it may take some hype to get it noticed on SI and yahoo.

Does that mean??? Someone help me out here.

They said they are going to get 6,000 applications (right?), and each house is about $25,000 (right?). So 6,000 x 25,000 is $150,000,000. $150,000,000 x .05 = $7.5 million in revenues in year 1. Then 2% a year, would be an additional 3 million a year afterwards. Do I have this all right? And that is just on the first 6,000.
