With AMD being able to supply close to 4M chips next quarter, I suspect this will be bearish for all x86 stocks. We are in a classic oversupply situation. Intel has the high end to keep profits in place but i can not foresee significant sales/earnings growth. I suspect that rest of Intels products like flash/networking products are suffering like everyone else.

It was not a pretty loss at all and it looks like AMD is still ramping capacity so their losses will increase. AMD is on a mission to destroy Intel, and they are doing it at any price.
