You should listen to the conf call before you start buying. Forget not meeting the numbers....deal sizes are smaller, license fee revenues are declining (over last quarter and over last year), the sales force has to go "back to basics", they don't know what the closing process is thus they can't forecast. Keep in mind...this is a company that sells a SFA product. Aren't they using it? Don't think so. And now we find out their SFA product isn't even competitive. Take your vntv $ and put them into clfy. A much better bet. They have already started to turn things around. It's going to take vntv some time. This "let's say they blow them out" in the third quarter is a pipe dream.
