"The assumption that all Jews are Zionist conspirators is racist, pure and simple." True, but why are you making that statement? Has anyone said that all "Jews are Zionist conspirators"? I never saw such a statement on SI except in your post! My wife is Jewish and often conspires against me but I don't think she has Zionist connections. Now that you raise the subject I think I need to probe more deeply into her politcal views.

Steve, I agree about the appearance of the rifles but it still ticks me off about the way they are portrayed. Functionally, they are no different and that is what SHOULD matter. I used to live in Overland Park, Kansas. They had a gun buyback. The policeman at the end of the day was showing what they "redeemed" for the day. Most of it was junk. Old broken rifles & shotguns for the most part. Their "prize" was a nasty looking looking "assault rifle." I'm talking flash suppressor, folding stock, 50 round clip, pistol grip, barrel heat shield, etc. All black nasty looking. The cop said "This is exactly what we were hoping this program would get off the street. These are the guns we need to get rid of. Great TV! Except, the gun was a modified Ruger 10/22. Big deal. Not too many people noticed that little fact. It's all in the way it looks to media & politicians.
