First off...There will be NO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES as far as I know now...Either "floorless" (which was the rumor mongering of several months ago) or otherwise...Second....As I pointed out the Nevtah-Tower deal is 60/40......Lets assume NTAH can work a similar deal with the JV.....EVEN at 40%....We are in a BIG win situation....IF, and I will qualify this the geologists are right on about MATAGORDA....which it appears right now they are.......The current estimate, and of course it COULD be wrong is that with a 75% certainty the estimated reserves should pan out.....YOU were the one who intimated that the deal with the JV would not be a good one...Yes, I used a little poetic license, however, since YOU seem prone to exaggeration, I seem to have been infected by the same virus......Please excuse me.....Peace

DD,
Is it dilutive if it is coming from "a shareholder" rather than from the company? I guess we might need to know more about the identity of "a shareholder", and any restrictions, huh? It seems like an awful lot of shares to be giving out monthly - even at these prices, it is almost 10 grand/month. I'll post after I call Canyon.
