Look, over 50% of all CPU's are sold by no-name shops.
I agree that Celeron will be in deep discount and NSM and IDTI are in trouble.

I don't think you can assume that IBM/CPQ will save AMD.
IBM has mfg. rights to k6 and MX and compaq's focus will be high end with Alpha?XEON/MERCED.

Just remember all the support and help IBM gave Cyrix.

I think the whole sector is in trouble, BIG trouble
