Jeff, could you explain why you would not buy it today? I understand being discouraged with the price performance to date. But I would be interested in hearing why you would not buy it now.

Yes, frustrating is the word indeed. When I buy a stock I usually set the sell criteria before I buy it, if for any reason it meets a criterion, I sell. My biggest criterion is if there is some indication BPI won't work. So far there is not, and I suffer along with the rest, waiting for Wall Street to see Xoma as a gem instead of a piece of coal. This event may never happen. Another criterion I set was price appreciation over $8 with approval of Neuprex. If Neuprex approval fails to break out the stock then, IMO, nothing will.
