So Daddy, what did you think of the letter? I asked you in a PM but you didn't answer. If you have an opinion, let us know what it is.

DADDY, I received a laconic PM from a poster on this thread saying "if you only new what the merger was!". Frankly I am "underwhelmed" by such information and it does not change my opinion about the offering an iota. I do not know what the merger is, and as far as I am concerned no one outside RMIL's management knows that either. If someone does know, and if it acts on this knowledge in making investment decisions relative to publicly traded securities, they are simply breaking the law, it is inside information without any doubt, at least until it is publicly announced.

Daddy Bigs, In legal offerings the participants are informed about the investment prior to investing and not after the fact. IOW, it is not, "give us your money and we will then tell you what you bought" Do the following terms meet that requirement? If not, you are buying a "pig in poke".

MERGER WITH AN ON GOING BUSINESS
At this time Morgan and Breton has negotiated an agreement with a privately held company subject to RMIL being current and trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

The company that has agreed to the merger currently is in a business of which Morgan has 30 years experience. It is now in its second year of business with profits more than $500,000 and sales now exceeding $2,000,000, with projected sales for 1998 of $5,000,000.

d. Company will agree to a stockholders meeting 30 days from the resumption of
trading.

h. At the stockholder meeting the Company will introduce the new acquisitioned
company and will be open for discussions.
