Hate to be the butthead curmudgeon, but what if this is the classic "buy-on-the-rumor, sell-on-the-news" strategy that takes YHOO down about 20.

Darren, incredible call. I'm sure he had time to get out, but YHOO closed roughly 20 down from the day high.
