Is not correct to say that FNTN can be Fully reporting and remain on the OTC-BB? I am of the understanding that the $4 price requirement is for SMALL CAP listing.
I "think" I am correct when I say that there ARE OTC-BB stocks which FULLY REPORT, yet are listed as OTC-BB companies. When you pull up a quote on Yahoo, SOME OTC-BB stocks show a "PROFILE" and those are the ones I believe fits the discription of "FULLY REPORTING."

Here is part of that announcement and if you'll notice the latter wording it says "will be a fully
reporting Bulletin Board stock."

<December 7, 1997--Financial Intranet Inc. (OTCBB:FNTN)
announced today that as of the second quarter of 1998 the company will be a fully
reporting Bulletin Board stock.>

If I am wrong, someone correct me, as I want to know.....I do know some of my trading friends will not buy a OTC-BB stock unless they can Pull a PROFILE on that stock up on Yahoo...I'm sure if this is correct and FNTN does become one of those, In my opinion, THIS would give MORE EXPOSURE to FNTN.

Regards,
Malcolm

Out of the lurker's corner.....sometimes we need to add 1 + 1 to see that it might equal 3.....

Here are two bits from two releases from which many an inference could be made....I'll post them...then I'll infer

April 17,1998
The Investment Banking firm will be raising the necessary capital to achieve future working capital needs, current acquisitions and Nasdaq Small Cap status.

Michael Sheppard, president and chief operating officer of Financial Intranet Inc. said, ''We have interviewed many firms and were pleased with the positive response received from the Investment Banking community. However, Josephberg Grosz responded most favorably to our needs and also met our timeline. This relationship will advance the company to well beyond the next level of its corporate goals.''

OK all I am saying here is we smell buying at controlled levels...and this would not be the first time an investment banking firm helped jump start a company with accumulating 'treasury stock, etc.'.... wouldn't surprise me one bit to see as part of the agreement to quietly buy shares .... it's in the best interest of the bank which also owns part of the company (in all liklihood), and the company.....

We shall see....steady small buying....I don't think we are far friends,
