Currently, there are 1.5 million warrants issused of the kind you would be trading. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of RCOM common at $5.94 per share until March something 1999.

These warrants are from the first and only, to date, IPO Racom did March 1997. This IPO consisted of 1.5 million units of 1 common and 1 warrant which sold for $4.75 per unit.

Concerning Rohm

Rohm owes Racom 2 payments of $250,000 each in license fees upon reaching certain sales milestones in custom FRAM RF/ID products. With Rohm's recent announcement of 3 new FRAM chips in commercial production, Racom has moved one step closer to getting another milestone payment from Rohm.
