Low PE stocks statistically outperform high PE stocks.
Same story with Price to Book. Can't recall off hand which studies prove this... but there was more than one.
On Creative per se, I'd say they still have a good business going. Europe is still strong and US as well. Asia sucks at the moment.
Overall revenues can be at least maintained... for now anyway.
The near term is rocky with YoY comparisons difficult to hurdle in the coming Jun qtr results. Come Sep , Dec qtr when YoY comparisons are easier to hurdle, expect this stock to rocket.

But then again, that's a personal view.

There is that threat of course. But to sum up, probably too briefly, Creaf's real problem right now is that is lost control of its margin expansion and sales growth. That may change in a few months to a year, as it brings out higher margin products.
