Sorry you don't get it.

If earnings are all distributed as cash dividends, and earnings grow 200%, great. But if shares outstanding have grown the same % as earnings, you will not get a penny more.

Earnings growth must outpace share increases. This was not a comment concerning the companies earnings potential. Just a clear reading into the stock dividend.

This is not a stock split. It is nothing more nor less than a 10% dilution, effective 31 August.
